  1. Onboarding process: Jobseeker candidate selects qualified position, fill-up the forms, provide all necessary documents.
  2. Accurate local compliance: Mitigate the compliance risks of hiring international employees through our country teams of labor law experts.
  3. Work contract: Attend job interview with the employer. If successful then all required formalities, work contract, visa support and arrivals will be arranged directly with the employer.
  4. Service fees: Payment of WishWorks service fees as per our services agreement by the candidate.
